Built by the people who have to answer for it.
BSLR is built by practicing QHSSE professionals with more than 25 years of accumulated field experience: people who run multi-country, ISO-certified HSE programmes across the Gulf and North Africa, and who got tired of proving that work from spreadsheets.
Why it exists
The audit was never the hard part. The evidence was.
Every HSE professional in this region knows the ritual: weeks of reconstructing records before an audit, chasing closures over the phone, assembling the monthly deck by hand. The work was being done. Proving it was the problem. BSLR exists so that the proof is a by-product of the work itself: every record owned, verified, and impossible to quietly edit.
How we work
One rule governs this website.
No claim ships without evidence. Features appear in present tense only when they are built and tested; everything else carries a roadmap badge. Our public evidence register lists what has been proven and how we know it.
Where we operate
MENA first, by design.
BSLR is designed for operators across the Gulf and North Africa: the Sunday–Thursday week, workforce documents beside training records, multiple jurisdictions inside one group. Not a global product translated for the region; a regional product built from inside it.
