Prequalification

Nobody edits a percentage by hand.

Every prequalification is a scored checklist. Section scores compute from the responses, the overall computes from the sections, and the outcome follows the thresholds — approve, revision required, or reject. A contractor below a section floor cannot be approved, however good the total looks.

Thresholds you configure

Approval bands and section floors are tenant-configurable — your procurement rules, enforced by the workflow rather than remembered by a person.

Revision is a loop, not a rejection

Below the band, the contractor resubmits evidence against the named sections; the score recomputes on assessment, and every revision carries a written reason.

Documents raise actions

Insurance, registrations and certificates carry expiry dates; approaching expiry creates an owned action in the same register as every other action.
